How the site is funded

Painter quotes

The "Get free painter quotes" button links to Networx, a service that matches homeowners with local contractors. We may receive a referral fee when you submit a quote request. We don't choose or vet the individual painters you are matched with — please get multiple quotes and check licensing and reviews yourself.

What this doesn't change

The calculator's math is not influenced by any retailer. Coverage numbers in our guides come from manufacturer product data, and we round up because running out mid-wall is worse than a leftover quart. We don't accept payment to recommend specific paint brands.
